These are pictures from the Swanky snow run up north of Strawberry.  I took my brand new (to me) 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD out to break it in properly (less than 24 hours after driving it off the lot).

The snow was about a foot deep in most of the areas we were driving/playing.  The truck did really good for a stock truck on street tires.

We stopped a couple places to play in the snow.  We played beer bottle hockey on a frozen pond.  Turns out that's pretty dangerous and we had a few minor injuries.

Here's the shot of the truck completely stuck.  The rear tires slid off the road and I couldn't get back up the slope until we dug some snow out and pulled me with a strap.  After we were done running the trail I filled the bed up with snow and took it to my friends house to let his girls play in the snow.
